As you can see, RC had a little face lift! Yes, that was my big surprise to you guys, and although it might take some getting used to, I do hope you guys enjoy it as I was so excited to show you all this for the past week (s) lol.
Also, a poll is attached to this post. I want to know if I should keep the cbox transparent. Upside is that it looked hella sexy. Downside is that if you pop up the cbox, you can't read the font (white background) and I can't really change the color of the pop up cbox.
So I'll either KEEP the transparency and take out the "Pop up cbox" or REMOVE the transparency and keep the "Pop up cbox." Let me know!
Now, take a deep breath, no one panic. This is the same RC that you guys know and love, just with a different hair style. So with all things new, a little explanation is in order. I'll be glad to show you around.

Hi, my name is Yols and I'll be your tour guide this evening/afternoon/morning/whenever you're reading this. *clears throat*Fasten your seat belts and let's get started shall we?
1) To your left, you see there are side tables! This is to better organize the site and add more cool things to the main page.
2) For your convenience, we have a "Quick Login." No scrolling or *much* clicking necessary to easily log in to your account.
3) Below that is Tichy's awesome RC preview video. This feature is more for guests to marvel at how much fun they would be missing if they passed up the chance to RP with all you lovely members!
4) Below that is the links section. All of the important links are right there for your convenience. This is also mostly for guests and new members but there are also links for our regular members (especially if at times you need a refresher on some important stuff!) Directly below are the topsites RC is a part of. Try to vote for us as much as you can so we can get all of that free scrumptious advertising and publicity (and kudos)!

6) After the cbox, now compact and slightly transparent (for premium cuteness and sexiness), is our affiliates, now neatly compartmentalized in a table. After that, of course, is our rolling credits, now appropriately placed on the main site for all to see.
7) If you would follow me to the center of the page, you will notice that we are sporting a slightly smaller font. This is because we have a lot of boards and we would hate for you to have to scroll down forever to see them!
We've also added banners to those places that didn't have banners, including Cat Scratch Club, Residential Areas, Montague and Capulet boards, and East & West Windrixville. Enjoy the scenery.
8) You might notice that the small icons that change when there is a new post on the board are no longer there. Now, instead, the names of the boards will "light up," if you will, when there is a new post.
9) Please take a moment to click on "Profile" at the top of the page. You might have already noticed the fancy cursive under your name. This is to make the board even sexier and currently has no other purpose.
10) Please journey with me and click on "modify profile." Notice under "user notes" there is input boxes for "online" and "offline." Remember that little phrase in people's profiles that usually stated: member is online? Well now you can change that text to whatever you want!(disabled for now)
For example, my offline message could be: "Hamlet is off lamenting.
11) If you scroll down a bit, to "Account Preferences," there is a drop down menu that says "Select Skin." The skin you are on currently is the default "Main Skin (Gold)" However, we have a new skin you can try on, courtesy of Irene's beautiful banner! So you do not have to settle for the same old gold every day, try purple on for size! Update: We now have 2 more new skins!
Do not worry, more skins, colors and more canons are forth coming!
Well, that ends our tour! A few more minor changes are in the works but I hope you continue to enjoy your stay here at Rewritten City. Bask in the change, and please, let Yols know of any technical problems you may be having!
