The following are the rules and policies Richard and his advisers have come up with for terms in office. If you would be so kind as to adhere to them...if you don't there will be consequences!

As of November 2010 (RL time) the following changes have been made to Richard's policies:

. OOC Laws have been scrapped

. The higher taxes set previously have been lowered (they aren't completely eradicated but are less severe than before)

. Funding in the healthcare sector has been cut

. The media has become more tightly controlled (Richard has not explicitly stated this, but just so you all know it is taking effect)

Otherwise the previous laws are still in place. They are as follows:


Anyone who is caught stealing will automatically be transferred to prison without trial. Anyone suspected of similar illegal activities will be brought in for questioning and held in prison until proven innocent.

Smoking in public places (such as parks and on the subway) is henceforth banned in order to lower pollution levels and medical costs.

In the posting of a photo of my lovely face in every thread does it have to be like acknowledged in some way, or can I just randomly hide the link in there somewhere?

I don't want to like, end up in prison or something for lawbreaking.

The picture does not have to be acknowledged in any way and can just be randomly hidden as a link. You could also post the image as an image rather than a link, at the top of your post, for instance. Fell free to have the picture acknowledged if you wish.

(ooc: Hope that makes sense Kris. Admins, let me know if that works for you in terms of how the board will look etc etc -has no clue how to insert pictures as links- /fail XD)
