I think the concept is simple enough. Just paste whatever is in your clipboard. Don't go and actually copy something - that's just lame. It's more fun and more of a surprise to see what you have just randomly. You can paste by right-clicking and pasting, or hitting the ctrl and 'v' keys. The last thing I copied was the directions to this game, so I can't really contribute yet...

ooc: Nifty! I never said Monty was mad, it was just a suggestion, albiet a rather mad one. Do you think he should be mad, or does that ruin his childish cuteness? XD I watched Stramgers on A Train last night and the psycho in that acts very childishly like Monty; that's why I said it. Do you think he's mad? If not, why's he stuck on earth? -pokes major plot hole- =P However what you say about his mind healing makes sense.
Why is he stuck with Charles? I really should have figured this all out earlier...they were originally stuck together because it was Monty's house and as Charles was doomed to wander the globe for all eternity seeing bad things happen but be unable to help (although he would now want to, having repented) Monty took him in...as I recall. I think I'll stick with that idea.
bic: "Really?" Monty said, his eyes sparkling. "That /does/ sound cute. I like flowers too, especially sunflowers. They always seem so bright and cheerful, don't they? What're your favourite flowers?"
"See, neither would I," Charles admitted. "But I'm eternally grateful to have his company, although at times I can get a bit short with him. It's he who rescused me, in part, from my fate. Technically I was bound to wander the earth seeing bad things happen but being unable to help as I should have done and should have wished to do in life. I chanced upon this house and Monty allowed me to stay here. Turns out I couldn't bring myself to leave, and he wasn't about to get rid of me, the first spectre he'd seen besides himself in years. He was able to reach an agreement with those who'd passed my original sentence and for that I can never thank him enough. It is true that we are very different people but to be honest I've come to enjoy his persistant cheerfulness. I still don't quite understand why he himself is forced to remain on Earth....unfinished business I suppose although what I do not know nor cannot guess..."
A roleplay post, done with a friend over e-mail. It's been ongoing for a year or so now; two ghosts from the 19th century and two humans. It would take a bit more explaining but you get the general idea. One is a bit batty and likes to talk about random things, the other is similar to Marley's Ghost and is generally a lot more eloquent and sombre.

Colson: I think the Times’ position is indefensible. I think that it’s—it’s distinguishable from any other case, in that here we went to them and said, “You can’t publish that, it’s a violation of security.” And they said, “To hell with you, we’re going ahead and publish anyway.” So we would have been very, very remiss in our duties had we not taken whatever legal means were available to prevent it. And—
President Nixon: That’s right.
Colson: —I think we—I think you’ll find a great deal of popular support for—
President Nixon: If we can generate. Now they’re—they’re running the line, Chuck, of “right to know.” Raise that with Price. Ask him how do you answer “right to know?” That’s of course a goddamn code word, “right to know.” The public has no right to know secret documents.
Colson: Well, we’ve been—
President Nixon: I don’t want to know.
Colson: No, of course not. And . . . you can make the point that—
President Nixon: Mm-hmm.
Colson: —”right to know” does not include things—
President Nixon: Right.
Colson: —which will compromise the—either the security of the nation—
President Nixon: Which will injure the country.
Colson: —or—
President Nixon: And right—and freedom of the press does not—is not the freedom to destroy the integrity of the government, to print . . . well.
---
President Nixon: Now the point is that here, what the Times has done, is placed itself above the law. They say, “The law provides this, but we consider this an immoral war, it’s our responsibility to print it.” Now goddamn it, you can’t have that thing in a free country.
(This is from a transcript of the Nixon tapes- I used it in a paper I've been writing.)

Your Funky Nail Polish Color is Green You tend to gravitate towards drama. You react strongly to situations, and you can be quite emotional. You also like to be the center of it all. If people aren't paying attention to you, you feel like you don't matter. You are a bit of a strange bird, and you're not shy about showing the world how freaky you are. You do tend to be a bit shocking, and you love to get a rise out of people. You are a natural trouble maker. A quiz result off of Blogthings.com...I like to save the occasional amusing result into a word document to look back on later. XD I think all of the above result is true except the last bit; I hate causing a ruckus. =P

(Because I love the em dash, and can't for the life of me figure out how to make it naturally on my computer. So I have to continually copy it.)

Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens. -A quote from J.R.R. Tolkien's pen that I thought was beautiful. - (That's cool, Liv! I had no idea you could do that to your facebook account! )

When we arrive Sons & daughters We'll make our homes on the water We'll build our walls aluminum We'll fill our lives with cinnamon now
These currents pull us 'cross the border Steady your boats Arms to shoulder 'till tides are pulled Hold our grounds Making this cold harbor now home
Take up your arm Sons and daughters We will arise from the bunkers By land, by sea, by dirrigible We'll leave our tracks untraceable now
When arrive Sons and daughters We'll make our lives on the water We'll build our walls aluminum We'll fill our mouths cinnamon
When we arrive Sons and daughters We'll make our homes on the water We'll build our walls aluminum We'll fill our mouths cinnamon (when we arrive sons and daughters We'll make our homes underwater When we build our walls of aluminum We'll fill our mouths with cinnamon)
Here all the bombs fade away Here all the bombs fade away Here all the bombs fade away Here all the bombs fade away
(Lyrics- Sons and Daughters by the Decemberists.)

The beauty of on-line assignments is that you can cut and paste words into on-line dictionaries if you don't understand them. But beware of typos. Typos will provoke my wrath and ire.
((Eh, just my Chinese homework. We've been watching a soap opera called Zhiming Xiehou in class; these are the questions for the first episode.))
