Well Henry, I'm going to ask you questions, and you can give me answers if you want to. But these interviews are more interesting when there actually are answers, so please try to refrain from using the "No Comment" words unless you're absolutely sure you can't answer. By the way that was just a polite request. Are you ready?

I worked for him, at his shop place. He gave me a job when I came to th' city. It was really only meant to be part time, but we started gettin' on like a house on fire. Hank was all alone in th' world and it was sort of a blessin' in disguise. He never had a son, I never had a pap - we just worked.
I shouldn't have let him work late, he'd still be alive oth'rwise ...

I can see you that you were close, my condolences. But we must press on. Do you think his death was an accident?

At first, I thought it migh' be. Then it jus' kept coming back - Hank, sittin' in his own blood with nails through his head. When I came into shop the place was a mess, all th' shelves were knocked over and there was spilled paint everywhere. The paint too, I saw footprints. Bare footprints, and Hank was wearin' his shoes.
I think someone killed him.

Not that I know of, no. Didn't know much about his personal life, but I know that he was proper warm with the customers. He'd walk a little old lady across the road if she asked him.

Ok...
Do you know if Mr Yrio left the premises the night before?

Not knowin' for sure, but I really don't think he did. Th' only people that had keys for the shop were me and him, and th' door was unlocked when I got there. Windows weren't broke, nothin' stolen, no money gone .. it didn't look like anyone had broken in. Definately wasn't any robbery - there weren't nothin' robbed.
I went home early the day before 'cause I didn't feel well. Hank covered my shift and let me know he was goin' t'be working late. When he says that, that normally means he'll stay 'till about ten. He normally rings to let me know he's home, but he didn't. I would 'ave tried to contact him, but I was asleep.

What happened after you found the body?

Naturally I called th' police. Then stayed wiv' Hank 'til they got there, with some paramedics. A bit of a waste o'time really, it didn't take a genius to see there was no savin' him. They took Hank away, and I got taken down the station for questions.
I remember asking 'em if they checked the security cameras - we had one or two in th' corners - and they said they did but there wasn't any tapes in them. I know I loaded those myself, there were tapes in there. Someone took them.
