What should we do?

Lets throw out some ideas about what we can do for Halloween on RC!

You want ideas? Are you sure you want ideas? I've got loads. >

1. Halloween street fair as a group thread. It can either be crack or part of the real game.

2. Haunted house: crack. self explanatory.

3. Site wide costume contest.

4. My personal favorite, SAW. Jigsaw gets his hands on some of the characters and wants to play a game. I would gladly 'design' the traps for anyone who wants to do this or they can make the trap themselves.

5. We tried it last year, let's try it again....ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.

6. Godzilla.

7. Horror movie villains become part of RC like Freddy Krueger, Michael, Jason, ect.

8. Aliens decide to drop down for a visit. This can either be scary like Day After Tomorrow or super silly like Monsters v Aliens

9. Freaky Friday, two characters switch bodies.

10. An innocent trick or treating thread.

My favourites, though, are the idea of aliens popping in for a bit (I can imagine the hilarity now), and the 'Freaky Friday' one.
I think that would be rather incredible.

But I don't really have any ideas to add. Only because I'm rubbish at things to do with Halloween.

A dress up party held by one of the more wealthy members of NYC? And yet somehow everyone is either invited directly or is invited by someone else who has been invited.

I have to say that I really like the Freaky Friday one too. And the street fair could be very interesting as well. Could be cool too if it's kept in one thread.

I don't have much to add myself though, haha. We don't celebrate it here, so I'm a complete novice when it comes to Halloween.

I concur, something must be done! Costume parties are always a given, but, i think some of the suggestions are viable options. I like zombies. I also like Terminators but, that's another topic altogether. You could have someone slip something into the punch at a party and all sorts of mayhem occurs. Like two people switch bodies, someone turns into a zombie, someone turns into a vampire, someone turns invisible, someone gains super powers, someone falls in love with someone that they hate, I dunno. Anything would be fun.

You have given me SUCH a brilliant idea, Laz.

Okay, so back in the day (yes, I'm old) there were these movies on Disney channel called Halloween town. Well, in the second movie, the villain wanted to use this spellbook to take to a high school halloween dance, and TURN EVERYONE INTO THEIR COSTUMES.

What if we did that? Its just an idea, but with what Laz said, I know Jimmy is dressing as Sherly, and that would be pretty hilarious. Just sayin'. XD

Not much of an idea, but its there.

I REALLY LIKE THE FREAKY FRIDAY THING BTW! SERIOUSLY! I think the characters should spend the week in each others bodies, then they go to the costume party and something switches them back. I dunno. *shrug*

This idea definitely reminds me of Buffy The episode where everyone turned into their costumes.

I'm seeing two options here:

1) Crack RP: Where people turn into their costumes LITERALLY.

2) Normal RP: Where we're all at a party, some drug guru or doctor *cough* Hecate *cough* spikes the punch and everyone is drugged into *thinking* they are what they're just up as....somehow? lol I dunno just throwing that out there

ok so actually im thinking this - for what we will OFFICIALLY do.

Crack RP: Where everyone switches bodies, and theree's no party or anything but they just wake up in another body and try to figure out a way to stop the spell.

Real RP (and this is in canon) : Where the punch is spiked and people start hallucinating and think they are whatever they're dressed up as.

Sound good? I plan on getting this going this weekend/week.

And we'll make this party just a city event, like there could be a festival outside too, so its not just for the rich people

I think Claudius and Hector could throw the party together probably since they are two of the most powerful people in the city.
