I felt that this would be appropriate, considering that all of our characters live in NYC and it's the 10th anniversary of 9/11. So I'm taking the wheel and starting up a prompt. Here it is:
On September 11th, 2001--ten years ago--the World Trade towers, which were situated in the heart of the financial district, were attacked by terrorists. 2,800 plus people--civilians, workers, and officials--lost their lives, and the New York skyline has never been the same.
Where was your character when it happened? Did they lose someone? What is their most distinct memory? Write a prompt on what emotions your character draws from the event and how they commemorate it.
