Meet Peter Aramis: 24, NYPD detective, and bartender. He can't cook, constantly forgets his shoes, and doesn't trust many people. However, he's friendly, a good listener, witty, and has a bit of a reputation for his short trysts. Also note his odd sense of humor as featured in the above photo. Moving on... Looking for:Friends: If you're looking for a pal, he's it. Peter will fall over backwards for people he considers to be his friends. If you're willing to put up with his caffeine addiction, late nights, and his trust issues, come on down! Relationships: Sorry ladies and gents - Peter has been burned by love in the past, and it's going to take some serious therapy before he is up for more than a one night thing. If you're up for a one night thing, he is also your man, but anything beyond that...woo him at your own risk. Enemies: It takes an awful lot to get on his bad side. Surly people don't phase him, and he is immune to threats. Short of shooting someone he loves, you're not going to make a splash. However, as a shining example of law enforcement, he is in opposition to criminals. So if you are a crook, murderer, thief, or just plain shifty, he does need someone to be oppositional to! Aside from that, Peter tries to be a good Catholic, is an avid basketball player, and connects well with teens and children. Plot wise, he's pretty much up for anything, so don't hesitate to let me know if you have an idea!

Ahhh! Lestrade is friendly! And he's a police officer! And likes to drink because yes. Anyway, I think Lestrade and him would make pretty cool friends, yeah? Or, well, they could be enemies because they, I dunno, fight over a case or something... Or we could do something totally random like having them meet in church (Lestrade's a catholic too) XD. I dunno, anything, but I'd love to do a Lestrade + Aramis thread!

Hey there! I'm Kay and I have Jane Eyre, a sweet, caring, but strong art gallery owner, Hector Tormei, Hades, a mob boss, James Moriarty Edwards, the criminal mastermind from Sherlock Holmes, and Guy Ananke, Psyche, who is an OCD model. I'd love to thread with you

Hi Kay! I've just spent some time looking through your character bios and they are amazing characters! I think they would have some interesting adventures and I would definitely love to thread with you! Here are some random ideas I had reading through their characterizations: Guy/Aramis:Guy especially caught my eye. Aramis has the type of personality where he wouldn't be phased by OCD behaviour. I also liked how Guy was almost child-like about some things, as Aramis relates well to teens and children. He would enjoy Guy's energy! Jane/Aramis:If she's still living in Brooklyn, maybe they could live in the same building and be like those awesome neighbors who wander into each other's apartments. Otherwise, they may have to meet somewhere random. Either way, he could use an awesome female friend who's as intelligent and artistic as Jane! James/Aramis:Now, this could be an interesting relationship. Peter did attend university, so perhaps James was one of his professors - someone he respects and sometimes visits. But as a detective, having Moriarty or M. as an opposition and not knowing about the alter ego would be mind blowing! Hades/AramisWell, he is a mob boss, as well as the mayor - what an awesome combination, by the by - so I don't know how much interaction he'd have with Aramis as a Detective. From your description, he would intimidate the heck out of Aramis, haha. However Aramis does bar tend - so if Hector is ever looking for someone to drown his sorrows to, Peter is his man! Yes, my brain got very carried away there, haha. Let me know if any of that appeals to you! We shall have to PM and set something up!

All of your ideas sound great! I would love to eventually get through all of them (though that is a lot of plotting). Guy/Peter:You have no idea how fantastic this would be for Guy. He doesn't get treated 'normal' very often and he really needs it. We can hash out the details of how they would meet and what have you in a pm but definitely. Guy needs more threads. Jane/Peter:I love the neighbors idea. Jane still lives in Brooklyn, she's just moved to a better apartment since her inheritance. It's a small, cozy kind of place, covered in art and art supplies. James/Peter:Jimmy loves showing off for his current and former students. He would take full advantage of Peter being a detective too to taunt the police even more. Basically, he'd be a prick. Hector/Peter:Hector isn't in bars often but we can certainly try a thread for them if either of us comes up with a really solid plot idea for them.

Hello m'dear! I must say I loved your app, though I was too slow to get to be the one to review it! /fail Although I'm quite busy at present what with dissertation deadlines coming up and Pride & Prejudice on next week (which play I am in, as Lady C), I'd like to thread with you and therefore offer you my characters. There's Richard Plantagenet, veteran of the Gulf War and bitter former mayor, Claudius Chandler, self proclaimed 'awesome' recovering alcoholic and CEO of Hamlet Enterprises and Her Ladyship The Right Honourable Lady Catherine de Bourgh, an annoying snob. Have at 'em. When I get 82 points more I also hope to have Lady Macbeth in play, by the by.

Hi Nessie! First of all, all the best with your dissertation! I'm sure you will feel really accomplished once it's finally done! As well, have fun with your play! It must be amazing to play Lady C after all the thought you've put into her on this site. I have just been reading up on your characters. Wow! They are definitely all powerful people and well developed characters! I would love to have some threads with them! I have some ideas developing and will definitely ship you a PM later today! And I'm looking forward to Lady Macbeth

Post by PERRY "POSEIDON" GOETZKE on Mar 14, 2012 14:59:40 GMT -5
It is I, Trae! The David Bowie to your Mick Jagger. Oh how I've missed you. Really. We must thread with someone, anyone. Here are my babies:
Mycroft Holmes: The older brother of Sherlock Holmes. He is thirty-five and extremely cocky. Mycroft (Mike to his friends) is a Senior Partner at a law firm and works closely with the police. He's the man that gets the police out of any law trouble. He also does some normal pro-bono cases. He has a routine, so you'll have to schedule an appointment.
Percival Goetzke: Poseidon. He is forty-two, big and mean, an ex-Marine, and hangs around his boat Neptune. He manages to stay out of trouble, mostly, but the police know him. You can find him either in Central Park, walking around downtown, or at the docks.
We must thread. Because I missed you.

Hey you! Ok, we got busy chatting and I forgot to reply to this! Yes, we need threads! Bowie and Jagger must take over this board, mwhaha... That being said, Perry and Peter need to meet and be buds. No ifs, ands or buts about it. Perhaps Peter will have to go show off his doggie paddle and make a new friend That or Perry can come watch football! As for Mycroft, wow - high powered Val Kilmer! We shall have to flesh this out a bit since I have no idea how they would meet! Peter's a happy middle classer with a gun and Mycroft is a genius. We shall have to plot some way they can meet! Missed you too!

PETER & OSRIC Osric still needs to come over and bake things. Also Osric stress bakes. So he can come over and bake for Peter. Yeap. They need something more interesting to talk about though, like... I don't know. If Osric was on codeine Peter might notice.
PETER & GREG Since Greg's not actually showing up in the Here Comes The Night Thread (right? or is he?) Peter might mention to him whatever the heck Sherlock's fake name is and then stuff gets figured out...? Because something involving the three of them actually NEEDS to happen.
No idea why I didn't put this in a PM, er.

Hey Gabby! Wow, haven’t used this plotter in a while! On to business! Peter & Osric: Yes, these two need a thread! Osric can feed Peter – eating is one of his favorite things, after all! And if Osric were on drugs, Peter would definitely be able to tell. He’d try and tell Osric he shouldn’t take them, and tell Osric his own story to make an impression. It would make for an interesting thread! Peter & Greg: Aww, yeah, I want Lestrade to join in on that one! I just am in the position of waiting for Emmy to get it together so we can get to that point! Of course, it’s hard when one’s laptop crashes and school starts up, so it could be some time before we get there. But I agree – these three need something together, seeing as how they’re in one heck of a triangle because of Peter’s manwhoring, haha. Anyways, hope that helped! We definitely need to get something going!

PETER & OSRIC Cool. let us do that, then! I can start if you want...? It might take a tad because my laptop is also moot though, if that's alright with you. Though the only immediate difference between regular Osric and on-drugs Osric is he speaks at a normal human pace^^'.
PETER & GREG Woo! Can't wait to see where that goes, then!^^

Peter & Osric: Sounds like we got a thread! I could probably start it, but I think it would make more sense for Osric to set the scene - especially if he's tripping! So I'm patient, you can take your time with your lappy on the fritz Peter & Greg: Me too, haha! But Peter and Greg need a thread! Seriously, they have epic threads. Maybe we can dip into a thread where they try this whole dating thing? That could be interesting!

PETER & OSRICHERE we go! PETER & LESTRADEWell sure, we could do something like that! I totally miss their epic threadery. Do you have any ideas? I honestly have no idea where Lestrade would bring anyone out, besides like, an outdoor park concert type thing...maybe? Honestly I'm just assuming they have those outside of Syracuse.
