It's time to get Chase's plot rolling. *evil smile*
There will be at least two threads involved here, though more might get added. For the first, I'm hoping for help from specific people. The second will be open to anyone and everyone.
A little background first: Chase is the narrator from Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven." I've made that character a 24-year-old student of classics at NYU. He's been mourning the loss of his girlfriend, Lenore, since she passed away this past spring. Her death is surrounded by some pretty mysterious circumstances, and the case has not yet been solved.
So the first thread I have in mind will be a small gathering at Chase's apartment, to which he will invite a couple of close friends. If your character has met Chase before (Harry, Jane, I'm looking at you! =P) or could reasonably know him from somewhere (say, grew up in Queens or attended NYU), I'd love for you to join in.
The second thread will be a direct consequence of the first. It'll be open to anyone who wants to be a part of it. I have a general idea of what's going to happen, but naturally, it's going to depend on the first thread somewhat, and I don't want to go into details just yet. But it will definitely have much do do with the death of Lenore.
Then there will be more fallout and maybe more threads, but I'll keep that all to myself for now. ^.^ Kindly drop a reply here or PM me if you're interested!
