He has a gift for hating, he grew up hating his family, who he believed were weak. At a young age he knew he was smarter than his brothers and sisters, growing up in a lower class neighborhood in Chicago, he learned that intelligence was not all that were necessary he learned he had to be cruel as well. Brains, and brutality were all that existed in his life, and he soon learned the advantage to criminality.
He liked complicated crimes, where the victim realized only hours or even days later that they had been taken advantage of. He also didn't like relying on others, and so he became an even greater thinker as he broke the law alone filling the role of multiple people. Or manipulating the innocent to fill in the impossible blanks.
As he turned crime into an art avoiding the mob who wanted their cut, and the police who wanted to put the one man crime spree into jail he gained the title professor of crime, or the professor to those who worked on his case, for the amount of thought, and foresight that went into the crimes, also he was believed to have sent out encrypted messages to criminals giving them "tips" on how best to take down certain targets mocking both the police and organized crime.
This was not enough for the young Moriarty he also learned everyday skills topping his classes, and ensuring his success with his lucrative profits paying for school himself. He handled all paperwork, and now not a single one of his teachers can recall meeting his parents.
As he grew older, and finally entered college, he allowed grants, to pay for school, while ensuring his profitable life style with various heists. Once school ended he moved into his profession he abandoned crime, not wanting to have his lives connected, specializing in neurosurgery he became one of the finest in the country.
Being offered an excellent job in New York he finally abandoned his city, and moved into the spotlight in the big apple. However free of any reputation, and a brand new man his eyes have once again turned to the cities crime Having meticulously planned plenty of heists certain museums, tech firms and private collections, have caught the mans attention, combined with the boredom hes beginning to feel as he does his job with unsurpassed skill. He must once again turn his eyes to the world, and to the manipulation of larger things, crime and politics playing at the top of this list.
THE SAMPLE
In Character Sample:
The shoes of the doctor echoed off the cold empty stairway which led to his office. He had long been working on lessor people saving lives for the sake of being able to look inside bodies, he had always wanted to see how the masses tick, and he had held in his hands many times the thing that pumped in what was most important to life, keeping too its own special beat, only god could have been part of such invention.
As the blood was kept in perfect clock work motion flowing with the body, it ran an indispensable instrument the mind, the brain that none not even he with his great knowledge and understanding could ever figure out. His love of senses and the concepts that made some great and others inferior had put him into deep thought more than once.
He even accepted that snatching lives from the hands of death, reminded him that he took steps every day that made him no different from god. God was after all a goal, and Moriarty did actively work towards becoming a god of sorts, power over life and death, walking in and laying claim to whatever he wished and leaving.
Understanding minds, and hearts pushed him even closer but inevitably he always had to accept that he was not a god, merely superior to the majority of people he was forced to deal with every day.
His thoughts returned to the world around him, he made his way to the office, removing his doctors coat, hanging it up on the door, he moved to the computer, it came alive the screen of blue appearing before him. His fingers jumped to the keys and begin to move, beginning the daily regimen of consuming knowledge.
