As you all know, RC is having a ONE YEAR anniversary on Feb 9th!
So we're going to have a graphics contest!
We would like to see a celebratory banner underneath our main banner. It should be about 600x100px and no larger.
Staff will not be able to participate in this because...staff is judging
We will pick our favorite one and the winner will get karma and their banner displayed on the main site for a couple of months.
The text on the banner should be something that celebrates RC's achievement of being open for a whole year "Rewritten City - 12 months of amazing recreations"...or something way better than that LOL
