Alright, here are a few things you should know!
1) New staff!
Please welcome Tay (Sylvia) to the fold. Staff has collectively picked Tay to join our team because not only has she proven herself very accessible throughout her time here, but she has helped me (as admin) out numerous times, even before she even joined the site, through just giving very sound advice and ideas. So we are happy to have her as moderator.
Also, Randi, as you may have noticed, decided to step down from staff due to being so busy. We'll miss you (though you'll see her on the site, probably!).
Providing that, Tichy has now been bumped up to co-admin. Alex and Nessie have been bumped up to global mods.
Hopefully our new-ish staff can be a fine oiled machine in making RC a pleasant RPing experience for you guys. Seriously, if you have any issues, please holla! at any one of us!
2) Canon Requests
Staff has decided to not accept any more canon requests for the time being. We really want to encourage people to fill up the characters already on the list, as there is a wide range and plenty to chose from. The canon list has grown and grown over these months - its about time to fill up the characters in you guys' wishlists!
3) Graphics contest!
Details here!
4) Rules!
There's a slight rule update about post lengths. It simply states that "communication" threads (phone conversations, IM conversations) may be shorter than the 2 paragraph minimum.
