Colour scheme: Lots of black and maybe a little bit of blue, silver, or gold.
Brief Description: I'd love for it to look eerie. Bob is very rich and formal so I'd like that to be incorporated somehow. Hm...I guess if I narrow it down to two adjectives, I'd go with frightening, but alluring.
