Claudius Chandler was a surprisingly popular person considering the fact he was frequently drunk and usually won when he gambled, making those he was playing with lose money. It was due to this popularity of his that he had thought to invite all the villains of New York to a dinner slash karaoke party.
Why?
Because he was Claudius Chandler.
This was the sort of crazy stuff he did.
Having ensured the venue was sufficiently supplied with alcohol (yes, although it was a bar, Claudius felt the need to check), the Hamlet Enterprises CEO sat himself down on a bar stool with a bottle of beer and waited for the others to make an appearance. This was going to be fun.
