Hi, my name is Merrill and this is technically my first character. I don't know where I found this site, it's been yonks — I seriously can't remember. Something you should know about me is that I'm awesome.

Dislikes:

• the Montagues // this irrational hate of this family most likely was grown from the fact that he despises peace. He especially despises Romeo for making a fool of him in front of his uncle.
  
• peace // to him, peace is abnormal. Life would be dull without its little quarrels. 
  
• humiliation // if there's one thing Tybalt cannot bear, it's being made fun of. You cannot expect to be left unscathed if you dare taunt him. It's horrifying for him whenever somebody dares tell him off for something, and he cannot withstand being treated like a child (even when he deserves it).
  

Strengths:

[/b]: Tybalt spends countless hours at the gym. He's very skilled at boxing, and other related sports. Whenever somebody starts a fight, he'd be the first to bring out his fists, and people are to fear them. Fighting is the essence of his life.
loyal: He cares very much for his friends and family, and holds them very deal to his heart. It's usual for him to stand up for a close friend or family member, and he'll do anything to defend their honor. Within the Capulet family, Tybalt has appointed himself as the number one man, next to his uncle. Although this fuels his cockiness, people can't deny his loyalty and devotion to the family.
persistent: Once Tybalt begins something, he'll follow it all the way through, no matter what. As previously said, he remains loyal, and this applies to himself, as well. It's shameful for him to quit a project without proper reasoning. [/ul]
Weaknesses:

[/b]: Tybalt is fueled by hatred, and he's always quick to act. It's difficult for him to control his choler, and once he's infuriated, there's not much one can do to put an end to his rampage. There isn't any logical reason for his aggressiveness, nor does it seem there'll ever be a reason for him to attempt controlling his anger.
conceited: Tybalt thinks of himself a little too highly. He speaks as though he is of great importance, but truthfully, he's hardly important at all. The most that he does for his uncle is the dirty work others would rather not take care of. 
narrow-minded: To him, his opinion is far more valuable than others. The enemies of his enemies are his friends, the friends of his enemies are immediately his enemy, as well. To forgive and forget aren't words in his vocabulary. Plus, he's a little sexist, in a sense. However, it's more the fact that he believes love is overrated that he treats women the way he does.  
vengeful: If anyone has ever wronged Tybalt, he'll seek revenge and create an enemy out of that person. He cannot let the past be the past, nor can he ever forgive. Betrayal is equivalent to death, for him. The words he'd hold dearest to his heart would probably be something along the lines of, "an eye for an eye."[/ul]

BACKGROUND
Family:

• Silvio Capulet (d.) — father, died of a stroke when Tybalt was only two years old. 
  
• Pia Capulet — mother, was born in Verona, but moved to America so she could live closer to her sister. 
  
• Adam Capulet — uncle, Tybalt looks up to him and considers himself as Adam's right-hand man. 
  
• Alyssa Capulet — aunt, father's sister. Tybalt's favorite aunt. 
  
• Juliet Capulet — cousin. His favorite cousin, and he's a little over-protective of her.

Education: He attended high school, and graduated without much accomplishment. 
Occupation/Job: He doesn't hold a particular job, but he does make money by placing bets and joining amateur boxing tournaments. In addition, he does most of the dirty work for his uncle (i.e. coercing people into paying their debts).
Image: Everyone sees Tybalt as a hot-headed, cocky, self-absorbed asshole, even his own family. No questions asked.
