Hi, my name is Sisi and this is my Third character. Something you should know about me is I'm a Shakespeare nut and a glutton for punishment ;D
Canon: Shakespeare - Titus Andronicus
Custom Title: The Chief Architect of Woes
PHYSICAL
Age: 40
Gender: male
Appearance:
Height: 6 ft 2
Body: An ex-soldier, Aaron is still very fit and quite muscular.
Other distinguishing features: a well-maintained goatee and unusually clear and smooth skin, like black velvet. Not something common in a man, but attractive nonetheless. He has his wife's name tattooed on his lower back, and the military slogan in Latin on his right forearm. He also has a thin but long scar at the back of his neck from a time when he got clipped by flying shrapnel after a land mine exploded under a jeep that was just in front of his team's vehicle.
Wardrobe: Publicly, Aaron heads a small but successful security firm, so he is always very smartly dressed and well groomed. He likes good quality suits, but isn't flashy and doesn't really pay attention to designer names, nor is he one for expensive bling. The only accessory he wears with his suits (and pretty much everything else) is the gold Rolex his wife saved up to buy for him for their last wedding anniversary before he got shipped off to Iraq to do his last tour. He wears that watch wherever he goes and never takes it off. [/ul]
Play By: Djimon Hounsou
PERSONALITY
General personality: Aaron is cold and distant. He's gone past being moody or depressed to just being emotionless. He hasn't felt anything since the day his wife died, when he got the call while he was serving his tour of duty in Iraq. He does experience the lesser emotions - satisfaction, annoyance, impatience - but outwardly he comes off as distant, and even malicious, for those who know of his side business as a paid assassin. When he's on the job, however, he's careful to put on an acceptable persona and is courteous and professional to all his clients, legal or otherwise.
Likes:
Dislikes: (please list at least three)
Strengths:
Aaron is a meticulous and thorough planner. It is part of the satisfaction he gets when a job goes well to know that he planned everything perfectly. He is a solid businessman and has successfully built and managed his security firm for 5 years now. Physically, he is a skilled fighter and an excellent marksman, thanks to the training he received in the military.
Weaknesses: Aaron's emotional distance form the rest of the world leaves with an inability to empathize with people around him, so he's pretty much alone with little human contact past the superficial. If he really thought about it or cared, he would be at least a little lonely, considering how he thrived when he was with his wife. He is also ruthless, which came as much from being a soldier as from his lack of emotion and empathy, and makes him a very dangerous person with no qualms about injuring or killing if he needs to, or if he's paid well for it. Aside from emotional isolation, he doesn't have much love left for a world that screwed him over not once, but twice, in his life and has a go-to-Hell attitude about it all, which makes him rather nihilistic. All of these things combined end up frightening or at least disturbing anyone unlucky enough to see that side of him.
BACKGROUND
Family: Mother: Louise Moore; Father: Hank Moore; Wife (deceased): Lily
Education: He has a Bachelor's in Business from NYU, gotten after he finished his training and first tour of duty.
Occupation: Owns and operates his own security firm (personal protection, electronic surveillance, etc. for high class, affluent customers) by day, and takes paid hits and other, more elaborate revenge plots (should the customer want complete social and personal ruin of the target, rather then a quick death) by night.
Worst past experience: Getting the call that his wife was killed in a grocery store robbery gone bad while he was in Iraq
Best past experience: Aside from meeting his wife and marrying her, which are distant memories now, his best experience would be finding and killing the bastards who orchestrated the robbery and killed his wife
Image: As mentioned above, most people find Aaron cold distant and more than a little intimidating, but a good businessman.
History: Aaron was born to blue-collar parents in New York City. His mother was a high school secretary and his father was a construction worker. Things were very difficult from the start as his father drank and hit is mother who in turn would take it out on Aaron. His parents often berated him for his desire to get a university education he couldn't afford and become financially successful and independent and otherwise rise above the station he was born into.
As soon as he graduated high school, he joined the army corps to pay for university and severed all ties to his parents. It was in his last year of his undergrad that he met Lily. She became his whole life, giving him someone to live for, and her family became his, filling his life in a way he had never experienced before with his distant parents. They were married two years later, just before he was recruited as an instructor and physical trainer for his military base. This career lasted until 2001 when he and many others were recruited as part of the first wave of soldiers in Iraq. Aaron had 3 tours of duty there in the two years that followed.
It was during his last tour is 2003 that Lily became the victim of a grocery store robbery. She and a few other shoppers tried to sneak out the door while the robbers were occupied with the cashier, but they were caught and the robber's accomplice shot them, killing Lily and one of the others. Aaron flew back home immediately, only to hear that because both shooters were still shy of their 18th birthdays, and pleaded guilty to the crime, they received only a few years in juvenile detention. He became infuriated and began to hate the world for being unjust. His anger distanced him from his wife's family, but he was too distraught to notice or care. Instead he put his military skill to use and plotted his revenge, long and thoroughly. He waited patiently for 3 years until the killers were released and gunned them down on their gang turf, making it look like one more rival gang killing.
It was during this time that Aaron gained a sort of satisfaction, not just for getting justice for Lily, but satisfaction in seeing his meticulous plotting come to fruition. It was the closest thing to happiness that he had ever felt since her death. He now seeks to relive that experience, both through the success of the security business he set up with his degree and his military experience, and through planning and carrying out paid hits for others. He has lost what human attachments he had, so he thinks nothing of the people he kills or otherwise destroys.
THE SAMPLE
In Character Sample:
Aaron sat naked in the bed, the sheets thrown haphazardly around his waist. He was deep in thought, fingering the clasp on his watch absent-mindedly. This job was going to take a while. A long while, considering the detail that was going into it. It was going to have a real nasty outcome too, he knew that. Yet he couldn't help but smile, knowing the outcome, that perfect ending requested by the client, was going to be all his handy work.
Beside him, another body began to stir, a brown leg curled over the loose sheet as she turned over, hazy eyes adjusting to being awake.
"Why are you up, sweet? It's late, and you keep me warm. Come back, will you?" Her voice was like molasses, rich and thick with some foreign accent. Turkish or something else from the Middle East. He hadn't bothered to find out.
Aaron was somewhat disconcerted. This woman was a client, and most definitely not someone he should sleep with. Yet, they seemed to have connected for their hate for the world, a passion molded out of the deadness they both felt in their lives. He for Lily, and she for a son who had been arrested on terrorism charges. That's what she'd told him at least. He never asked too many questions, just enough to get the gist of what the client wanted done. And so, over shots of whiskey, they had seemingly bonded over their mutual hate for everything and, wanting to do something to relieve the growing boredom of sitting at a bar and moping, had rented a room in the hotel next door.
So there he was now. In bed with a woman he hardly new, planning out her revenge right down to the last bloody detail...

Likes:
- His wife, or the memories he has of her
- The Rolex she gave him on their last anniversary
- The satisfaction when a "plan" goes well
Dislikes: (please list at least three)
- Drug dealers, robbers, just "scum" in general
- most people, really. Human contact isn't really his cup of tea, and he puts up with it only when he needs too, that is, when he's doing business
- His parents
