Us staff thought its time for a change - a fresh start for Rewritten City. We've been going on for more than a year, so its definitely appropriate to give the site some new life
So this board will be dedicated to all things revamp, all the info on progress and any ways you can help. For right now, here are the basics:
1) For the next month or so while we work on the revamp, the board will be open - but in transition mode. So we'll be accepting apps, and you can still RP and plot and all that, but the site shop will be closed, and all other activities will be put on halt while we work on this. For this reason we decided to skip awards this month.
2) When we do this revamp, we will be starting fresh, yes, but you can still continue old plots if you so wish. But also if you wish, you can start completely over with your character. So its up to you !
3) The revamp will include a new look, new apps, new organization, new everything. And a major clean up of threads, accounts, and other stuff. YOU WILL NOT LOSE OLD THREADS/POSTS THAT YOU'VE DONE. The idea is to make RC fresh, clean, and new again - even when we've been open for so long.
4) And whether we would do this revamp or not, this was going to happen - so I'd like to officially announce that Nessie and Alex are now my co-admins! Woot! They've been dedicated and loyal and generally awesome so they deserve it.
5) We will probably have a lot of voting polls about things we need your opinions on for the revamp as well as some graphic contests to help with the skinning. Your participation is appreciated!
