00V. Social Status:High ClassMiddle Class. He hates high class.
0VI. Occupation: Ship Engineer, Repair Manager, Ex-Marine.

0II. Body Type: Tall, dark, and handsome.
III. Height: Six feet, five and three-eigths inches exactly.
0IV. Eye Color: Deep blue.
00V. Description: Percival thinks that worrying too much about appearances is an idiotic thing to do. It takes too much work to keep up with looking a certain way. Most of the time, he will roll out of bed, run a comb through his hair, and get dressed. Bathing is another thing he doesn't do too regularly; he will bathe about twice a week, and that will only be when he has done a lot, or if he has an important meeting to attend. The smell of sweat and salt and work is a smell he likes to have. Since he spends most of his time out on the shore or in the sea even, he doesn't feel like he needs to bathe. During a job, he will drop everything and jump in the water.
His skin in rough and taught against his muscles from his fourteen years in the military. It is also evenly tanned from his time outdoors. Percival's clothing choice is never formal, even with meetings. He wears t-shirts and jeans with a pair of old tennis shoes or boots. During a meeting, he will pull a blazer over his shirt and call that his 'fancy dress'. When he walks, you can feel his heavy steps from a good distance away. He doesn't stand straight unless he's talking directly to you. Standing straight hurts his back after a while due to his height and an old injury to his back. When he talks, he speaks with a low, thick Southern accent that he picked up from his time on a base in Georgia.
Percival has an Atlantis tattoo on his right arm that he likes to show off. It is on his right arm to draw attention to it when he shakes hands. There is also a US Marine Corp tattoo above his left hip from a dare he and his buds made with each other. He has plans on adding a few more tattoos in the near future.
00I. Overall Personality: Percival is powerful. He was raised and trained to be so. With one look, he can induce fear in most people. Everything he wants, he demands he gets. And if they don't give it to him, he will not be afraid to take it. That includes his women. Love is useless and unneeded. He takes honor seriously. With being in the Marines for a good fourteen years, they etched it in to his brain. If you dishonor him in any way, he will get payback, and you will not like it. These two traits clash constantly, which led to him being dishonorably discharged from the military after 'taking' a woman he wanted. He got payback on the person who ratted him out.
Percival is quiet, almost creepily so, and he likes to stand and observe. He will stare at you without speaking for a good amount of time. When you talk to him, if he does not want to talk back, he won't and will just ignore you. However, once he gets mad, he goes from eerily quiet to obnoxiously loud. Like that, he will not be afraid to yell at you and tell you exactly how he feels about the situation. He will get violent from time to time. As soon as he's done, though, he slips back in to being quiet. Shame or embarassment is something he does not feel. He is not afraid to strip down in the middle of a crowd of people for no apparent reason. If the opportunity presented itself, he would have sex out in the open, on stage, and not feel a hint of embarassment. He knows he is a good looking man, and he uses that to his advantage.
He is also a mean person and sort of dim. His entire childhood, he was called mentally retarded by his foster parents, the oldest foster child Roger, and a handful of teachers. When asked about his intelligence, he'll say he has a learning disability, when he really doesn't. But being picked on during his childhood has made Percival very mean at heart.
Percival has thrown an employee of his over the dock for talking to him on a bad day. It turned out that the employee could not swim well, and since he was in deep water, he started struggling. Percival only turned around and told another employee to get him, then walked off and continued his job.
Percival likes to run things, likes to lead, and he can not take orders well. In the military, he was constantly talking back to the leading officer. That earned him that much more physical strains and got him where he is today. He doesn't complain when orders are given to him, he just doesn't do them unless he is begged, or paid.
Percival smuggles drugs. It's side money, and he loves it. There are personas he slips in to when dealing with certain clients: the French prostitute Pierre, the old and wise German man Paul, the rude and obnoxious Spanard Pedro, and the street smart and drunk Scotsman Parson. This ties in with his parlor trick of being able to mimic many accent to a key. Doing this allows him to establish stronger bonds with his clients and makes him more money. It's a game to him.
Many people don't know this, but Percival is good at drawing fine details. Having been taught to draw extensive aquatic maps, he has a keen eye for detail and can add it to just about any picture. He can also read the stars, allowing him to navigate his boat through the ocean at night when the time called for it.
0II. Strengths: Swimming, aquatic navigation, time managment, construction, map reading, balancing check books, fighting, knowledge of weapons.
III. Weaknesses: Can't take orders well, standing straight for hours, running, interacting well with people.
0IV. Goals: Percival wants to takes his boat Neptune to Africa and back.

Once, Perry was told about his birth parents having two other children. He really doesn't care about finding them.
0II. Overall History: Percival was adopted. He doesn't know who his birth parents are, but he knows they are out there and that he has siblings. But, honestly, he doesn't care. His adoptive parents were milking the government for the money they recieved per child they housed; Perry was a seventh addition to that house. Chase, the adoptive father, tried to be a good parent, but his work got in the way. Samantha, the adoptive mother, did not care as long as she got the money. To shut the kids up, the two of the bought the children anything they wanted. Since Percival did not want anything, he felt the least loved out of all of them. But through all of that, the parents made an effort to spend Sunday dinner and all major holidays together, something Chase wanted all of the kids to continue through their lives. Percival spent his free time at the lake or the horse ranch that was near by.
Once he graduated high school, he joined the Marines. It gave him a sense of family that he longed for since he was a child. He found that he loved the structure, the atmosphere, and the killing that was associated with being in the military. For fourteen years and three months, he worked up the ranks and achieved power and became a person to fear due to his rutheless killing. And he soaked it all in.
Two years in to the Marines, he met Joanna Walker, an eighteen year old woman fresh out of high school, on a base in Georgia. The two of them hit it off and ended up dating for a while, which was against the rules. One day, she picked up and left and never spoke to Percival again. He forgot about her for five years until she came back demanding child support for her five year old child, Rhett, claiming that the boy was his. Since Joanna kept the boy from him for five years, Percival declined paying child support and denied that he ever had a son. Again, she was out of his life.
Percival got a pretty serious back injury about five years later and went through surgery to correct it, inhibiting him from running well. He was taken out of Iraq and got stuck on a base as a physical trainer and/or drill sergeant. He was feared among the ranks for his obscure teaching methods and punishment, however, he held the lowest drop rate among any of the other drill sergeants.
Two months before being rewarded the rank of Master Sergeant, Joanna returned. Percival had forgotten about the kid she had during the seven years since he last saw her. They had 'relations' one night, and she disappeared the next morning. Two days after, he was acused of raping Joanna and was given two options: behing court marshalled, or being dishonorably discharged. Percival chose being discharged since court marshalling was too much work.
With no good relations in the military, Percival found work in New York, working construction for a major shiping company. His knowledge of ship building from his time in the Marines, of time management and discipline, he quickly became the manager, earning a fair pay wage. Since living in an apartment was generally un-appealing to him, once he got the money, he bought himself a large boat and elected to live on it in the harbor. Percival was quick to gain aquaintances and power in all the right places through his job. His background was appealing to the mob boss Hector Tormei, who decided to go to him with work over the seas. He only accepted the jobs if he got a decent cut of the profits and if they were interesting enough.
Currently, Percival has been working on obtaining an appeal from being wrongfully convicted of rape. Rhett Walker, now twenty-two, has decided to come back in to Percival's life. The boy is a lanky, awkward kind of kid who works as an administrative assistant at a local school. Percival doesn't see how Rhett is anything like him, but he has decided to be civil and accept that he has a son.
III. Sample Post:"Darling."
Percival narrowed his eyes and straightened up, wiping the sweat from his brow as he turned to the voice. It was a voice he knew all too well. The woman pushed her large sunglasses from her eyes to the top of her head, shifting her weight from one foot to the other, and smiled at him like she used to all those years ago. Age has done nothing but been her friend. Stunning was a word he would use to describe her. Perfect would be another. Perry finally noticed the tall boy standing behind her, and he sighed. Rhett.
Her eyes met his, and he blinked down at her. Why was she there at his work? She claimed rape against him, so what was the use of coming back? With the kid, nonetheless. To torture him again? To seduce him again with her charming smile and looks? What more did she want from him?
The mere thought of it made Perry want to puke; he wiped his hand over his mouth to make sure he didn't.
"Darling," Joanna had repeated. "You look marvelous."
Her smile made him want to cringe.
"Why are you here?"
