To specify, this section is for fleshing out multiple group (3 people or more) RPs and plots. Its a good idea - if its an open epic plot with multiple stages - to keep editing the first post of a planning thread with updates on who is in the plot, people's roles, and what threads involve the plot so its easier for people to jump in.

This is for people who want to make plot suggestions! They can range from a huge site plot to little plotting prompts that any character could do and it might be interesting. Any ideas on this list is free for anyone to take and run with. To suggest something, reply to this thread with a generic title for your plot and details.

Note that you can not suggest canon specific plots. For instance you can't say "Romeo should cheat on Juliet and Juliet goes mad with revenge" as a plot suggestion. Instead, make it general, so anyone can "grab" the plot. For instance, say that "Maybe a character cheats on another character but only does it for non-selfish reasons , reasons that they can't tell anyone about"

Also note that for the most part, we should only do one huge site plot at a time, so if someone wants to jump start a site plot, reply to this thread saying that you're interested in starting the plot.

1. Carnival in Central Park

Well, a carnival or circus or something like that. I would be a great place to have a lot of storylines intersect as well as be a good backdrop for something major like a kill, terrorist attack, protest, ect. I'm not sure if this would be a small plot or a site plot since it could be both. If it was a terrorist attack, then a site plot, anything else would be a smaller plot I think.

2. Pass It On - One good deed

This idea is totally random and I have no idea how it would actually pan out but: Everytime a character does a good or selfless thing for another character, the character who received the good deed has to pass it on. Just a thought.

The second idea would be like paying it forward, I guess? Maybe that one could involve players getting points for passing on the deed? Or a mysterious benefactor watching the kind acts as they progress, then doing something nice for each person in turn.

Or, at my work we once passed along a pen in this manner. Like, if anyone needed to borrow a pen, we gave this one pen away. We tracked where the pen went until we lost the trail.

Christmas is just around the corner and how appropriate would a Christmas-themed thread be? Suggestions are encouraged! Ice-rink gathering, shopping mall extravaganza, whatever. They don't have to be as lame as my suggestions. xP

This Occupy Wall Street idea can still be applied, you know. If someone wants to get that rolling.

Also, we haven't forgotten about the RC Bachelor/Bachelorette shindig we were planning all that time ago. Sign up here if you haven't already! If you've already signed up, don't forget to write up those bios. This event should be taking place right around January once everyone that wants to participate has signed up and all bios have been written. So look forward to that.

I love Christmas time!

Another Secret Santa thing. If the admins don't quit have time to set it up, I can I suppose. The deadline could be New Year's instead of Christmas. Last year it was really fun so I think it would be great to do it again.

Totally sappy idea but a Christmas/Holiday Tree thread or whatever. Each character "puts" an ornament on it and says what the ornament means. This would do well as a brainstorming idea I think.

Holiday parties or something similar. A festival or something. I don't know if we want to do another big party thread or not.

I have another idea that I'm going to email the admins personally, probably Nessie.

Also, are we going to do the RC Oscars again? That was awesome.

We might be able to host Secret Santa again. I have to confer with the rest of staff, but I think we can manage it. I'll let you know.

A little iffy on the big party thread considering how the Halloween one skidded to a halt--by the way, you guys can still post there even though Halloween's been and gone already--but we can maybe incorporate a Christmas tree into it after all. Rockefeller Center's Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was on Nov. 30th this year, but that hardly matters in RP time. After the ceremony, people rent some skates and join the throng going 'round and 'round there. A bit tame that idea is, but it's Christmas so that shouldn't really be too inappropriate. Your character isn't obligated to skate, mind. People watching is not prohibited. xD

Unfortunately, we're not having an RC Oscars ceremony this year. Activity is lax lately and so it wouldn't make much sense to have a grand event like that without voting being compromised by the fact that there are really only a handful of members on regularly. Plus the work, Jesus Christ. >< The Oscars usually celebrate a year in kick ass RPing and so instead of a big Oscars extravaganza, the RC Bachelor/Bachelorette shindig will take its place. ^^
