00I. full name Guy Hamilton Ananke
0II. canon or original Greek Mythology - Psyche and part of Ananke
III. years of age34
0IV. orientation (optional)”Not gay” bisexual who is really, by force of his affliction, asexual.
00V. social statusMiddle class
0VI. occupation Catalogue model
00I. play by Channing Tatum
0II. body type Guy’s body is best described by his profession. A model. He’s fit, tanned, and manscapes regularly to keep picture perfect..
III. height 6 feet, 1 inch.
0IV. eyes color Green.
00V. description With naturally rigid posture, Guy looks like he’s wound tight almost all the time. His clothes are obsessively neat and pressed, even his pajamas are pressed and starched. His hair he tried to keep tame and gelled down but it had a tendency of getting away from him so, every so often, he cuts it very short. Likewise, Guy tries his best to keep clean shaven but is ‘cursed’ as he says, with fast growing facial hair that he just cannot keep a handle on. Guy’s movements are short and precise, jerky and awkward looking. His finger tap a constant staccato against what ever surface he has handy. 1, 2, 3....When especially aggravated or disturbed, his right eye twitches uncontrollably.
00I. overall personality Guy has a very simple philosophy in life. Everything has its place and an order. If something were to be out of place, it was intolerable and had to be righted.Of course, Guy experiences this blown way out of proportion. He is obsessive-compulsive, needing order and perfection on a pathological level.Everything has to be clean, at the exactly right angle (coincidentally, a right angle), no smudges, no smears, no casual technique, especially where driving is concerned, ect. In fact, Guy refuses to be caught in situations that these things may arise in. He doesn’t drive, he rides a bicycle or walks everywhere, he hates getting caught in the rain, and he will only eat at dining facilities that he has inspected and deemed safe. Guy carries with him a satchel filled with alcohol wipes, tissues, latex gloves, and other such clean, protective items.
Really, Guy is a big kid. Still innocent and naive about most subjects, he passes through life blissfully unaware about a majority of subjects. Having never been kissed and having had a girlfriend only once, when he was 17, Guy isn’t the most graceful or natural in romantic situations. Actually, Guy isn’t particularly adept in any sort of social situation. He’s the type to constantly point out flaws in grammar or posture, to clean or notice dirt under someone’s finger nails. Not the most pleasant man to be around, that’s for sure, but Guy is oddly endearing. He’s childlike at times, getting entirely too tickled over something silly like stars and is almost desperate to please.
Because of his OCD, Guy has resigned to the fact that more often than not, people won’t understand and will make fun of him for it. More than once he’s been called a freak or treated like he was handicap-able. Guy doesn’t have many friends since most people aren’t quite sure what to do with him or how to react. His tendency to fix things annoys or even angers others and so it isolates him and prevents him from forming attachments.
0II. strengths Very, very, very clean and organized. Logical and analytical. A solid moral compass. Cares about others even though half of the time they don’t give a damn about him.
III. weaknesses Easily upset. Lots of anxiety triggers. Obsessive compulsive.
0IV. goals Guy only has two goals. To overcome his obsessive compulsive behaviors and to find someone who wants him.

00I. notable family & friends Guy’s real family is dead. His mother, step-father, and two step-sisters are all dead and Guy never knew his real father. He has recently learned of three half-brothers, Thomas, George, and Chandler. His only friend is a man named Richard.
0II. overall history When he was born, Guy seemed to be destined for failure. His mother was only 15 when she had him, his biological father being the love ‘em and leave ‘em type. Following normal social norms, he should have been a huge screw up and his mom should have been broken, but they weren’t. Instead, she was a strong, brave young woman, raising Guy all on her own. When she was 18, she met and fell in love with a 24 year old widower, raising twin girls on his own and suddenly Guy had a complete family. From the age of 3 until 17, Guy was perfectly happy. He was a Mathelete in high school, had a job as a model for Old Navy, and had the family he was told by society he wasn’t going to have.
And then, one afternoon, while driving to North Dakota for a vacation, everything Guy knew was gone. His family had poured into their beat up, forest green van and were driving along the interstate uphill when a semi lost control about 15 miles ahead of them. Unknowing of the danger, the family sang songs and laughed as their father, Franklin, navigated a corner. The semi collided with the family car head on, tossing the Ananke family over the edge of the hill they had been driving up. Guy, having been asleep on the initial impact, was more or less unharmed, suffering a punctured lung and a broken ankle along with a mild concussion. The rest of his family was not so lucky.”It...I...” Guy clears his throat nervously, finger tapping loudly at his side. “When I woke up, Penny, who had been sitting next to me was ah...was mostly gone. Her leg was still there and it...it...” His eye twitches violently and he smacks the arm of the chair sharply. “It moved. Like...like it was...uh...try to kick or something. And when I turned to look for Sarah...she was...hanging out of the car. The top...of her head was...I could see her brain and her eyes were wide open. She looked so...so scared.” Guy takes a deep breath, slapping his rhythm into the chair now, eye twitching and his voice hitching. “Mom was gone, there wasn’t anything left of her. I remember seeing a bit of her blouse in the windshield, that was it. And Dad...Dad looked like he was sleeping.”
After the accident, Guy started to lose it. His therapist told him he was trying to hold onto normalcy and a semblance of control and that was what caused his obsessive compulsive behaviors to form. Guy didn’t argue with them. He knew what he was doing was insane and alienating but he didn’t care. Guy was focused on getting through each day, recovering from such a traumatic event. His first and only girlfriend who he had been dating for two weeks before the accident left him shortly after and Guy’s new quirks pushed others away from him. He continued his life as a model, mostly for mainstream clothing stores like GAP or Sears, but integrated his new found insanity into it. Even though he may be anxious and terrified of some things like germs or chaos, Guy yearns for human contact but has never quite figured out how to get there. Now, 34, 17 years after the accident, he is still, for the most part, friendless and remains the man who had never been kissed.
III. sample post
No. No, that wasn’t quite right. Guy stared down at the picture frame that rested on the edge of his desk, eyes judging the angle at which it sat next to its other fellow picture frames. It was almost perfectly perfect, but something was just a bit off. With a huff and a twitch of the eye, Guy turned and made his way to his craft drawer in his kitchen. With flourish he pulled out his compass and ruler and returend to the aforementioned picture. Twenty minutes of careful measuring and adjusting later, Guy felt that the picture was in the exact position it was meant to be in.
There, that wasn’t do hard.
Guy eased himself into his armchair, staring at the television across from him. It was on the Nature Channel, as always, and set on mute, as always. Guy didn’t like loud noises or frivolous entertainment. Time was too precious to waste on things like Jersey Shore or crime dramas.
1, 2, 3...
His fingers tapped and danced on the arm of the chair like they always did. Guy didn’t notice them, not anymore. It was normal for them to be tapping out three. Index finger, middle finger, index finger again. Over and over and over and over. Guy’s head leaned towards his right hand as it tapping, gently nodding along with the beat. It had become Guy’s only source of comfort. He didn’t have anyone to run to, to hug when things got bad. And even if he did, why would he hug them? He had no idea when the last time they bathed was, when they last washed their hands, how thoroughly their clothes had been laundered. Too many variables. Too much risk for something silly as a hug.
Especially when a smile would do just fine.
