The Baddies
Milady de Winter
Since Athos is female in this remastered version, I sort of took the liberty to make Lady de Winter a male. So Adam Winters (that's what I'm calling him feel free to change that) was Olivia's husband but, she stumbled upon him with another woman and three red duffel bags of cash that he'd stolen from a local bank. After arresting she discovered that he's a long time criminal who had done bank heists in the past. When he gets out of jail I picture him starting up a relationship with Richelieu .
Possible play-by: Joseph Gorden-Levitt
Cardinal Richelieu
Big bad Cardinal Richelieu probably isn't a cardinal in modern day New York especially with the separation of church and state. Since there is already a Major in town he'd probably be a high up official or a mob boss. Something that always he to be the quintessential baddie he was born to be; all manipulative, evil, and fun.
Possible play-by: Jeff Bridges & Alec Baldwin
Comte de Rochefort
Richelieu's right hand man, Rochefort is hard as nails and devious. He does what ever needs to be done. He's at the command of Richelieu but that doesn't mean he is a mindless drone. Smart, savvy, and handy with all sorts of weaponry, Rochefort is a force to be reckoned with.
Possible play-by: Mark Strong
Musketeers
Since I made Athos a woman it's only fair that the other musketeers could also be women. I put two possible play-by ideas one male one female just to give you an idea of what was in my head.
Porthos
Porthos, honest and slightly gullible, is the extrovert of the group, enjoying wine, women and song. Though he is often seen as the comic relief, he is also extremely dedicated and loyal toward his friends and fellow Musketeers.
Possible play-by: Bradley Cooper & Kristen Bell
Aramis
Aramis loves and intrigues women, he is portrayed as constantly ambitious and unsatisfied: as a musketeer, he yearns to become an abbé; but when an abbé he wishes for the life of the soldier.
Possible play-by: Jake Gyllenhaal & Olivia Wilde
D'Artagnan
D'Artagnan is initially portrayed by Dumas a hotheaded youth, and tries to engage the Comte de Rochefort and the three musketeers, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis in single combat. He quickly becomes friends with the musketeers, and has a series of adventures which put him at odds with Cardinal Richelieu, then First Minister of France. He regarded as a sort of protégé given his youth and inexperience. The musketeers (especially Athos) see him not only as a best friend and fellow musketeer but as a son. They are very protective of him, though they usually let him take care of himself like the others.
Possible play-by: Josh Hutcherson & Emma Stone

The Servants
The Servants of the Musketeers could be people who work around the precinct either coroners, secretaries, or regular cops in the NYPD who just work in the precinct. I didn’t put possible play bys for these because they aren’t as important as the other primary characters. Although, they would be really, really fun to have!
• Planchet (d'Artagnan) – A clever fellow whom Porthos found to serve d'Artagnan.
• Grimaud (Athos) – A Breton, trained to speak only in emergencies and mostly communicates through sign language.
• Mousqueton (Porthos) – A would-be dandy, just as vain as his master, whose only pay is his master's old clothes.
• Bazin (Aramis) – Waits for the day his master will join the church, as Bazin has always dreamed to serve a priest.
