Schadenfreude was the greatest term that Mona had ever heard of. Plus it was magnificent to tell people the word and watch the confusion.
In short terms it meant happiness from the misfortunes of others. Like if you were to laugh at someone when they fell or when someone dropped something and it broke. Many people thought that it was a mean practice to laugh at the pain of others.
But as far as Mona was concerned ,every person in the world practiced Schadenfreude.
That was exactly what she was doing at the park watching skateboarders. Practicing her love of Schadenfreude , by laughing at their broken skateboards.
