Hey cats and kittens!

Well, happy Halloween! I can't believe how quickly October came and went. That being said, November is right around the corner, which can only mean NANOWRIMO.

Now, for anyone who isn't familiar, NANOWRIMO is short for National Novel Writing Month. The goal is to write a 50 thousand (or more) word novel in the month of November. There's an official sign up and everything for people who thrive on competition...and the rest of us just write, haha.

I've never managed to meet this goal, seeing as how I've had school, papers, family, etc. But this year, all I have is work, so I am going for it.

SO to the point - my post replies for Zander, Peter, and Siobhan may be really slow as I try and make this goal, but I will endeavour to do both and keep you all up to date on my progress!

Just to add on to your post because I'm lazy - I'm also going to be attempting NANOWRIMO for the first time. Hooray! Doubt I'll reach 50k but it's for fun.

Thanks guys! I am actually having fun with it - I haven't written anything substantial in a long time, but it's coming really easily, so woot! 4700 words as of now!

Good luck with your NANO, Gabby! We shall have to start a support group, haha.

Hey all!

Well, I'm finished! 13 chapters, an epilogue, and 51, 363 words over all. It was a long write - god was it ever - but I hope to get back to business as usual as all I have left is the editing and that can wait until the New Year.

So expect more activity from Peter, Siobhan, Zander, and hopefully soon from Mr. Crusoe!
